The threads from this section will slowly vanish, but don't worry. We're going through all the threads and evaluating them. The ones that actually describe a bug and are still unsolved will be copied to launchpad as attachments to new bug reports (or if they are short they will just have all relevant text copied to the bug description). Discussion/help threads will be moved to General GG Discussion or wherever they fit best. Only resolved or invalid bug reports (e.g. threads about passive invisibility as a bug) will be deleted.

I would actually like this but no one has actually looked at my bug that was posted a while ago.

We do look at the bugs at Launchpad, but first there’s usually not all that much development happening, and when there is most developers seem to prefer adding new features to cleaning up old bugs. It’s understandable, doing something new is far more rewarding than wading through someone else’s code.

The point is that your bug probably wouldn’t have been solved either if all bug reporting was still done here, but at least at Launchpad it won’t be lost by drifting to page 5 with no way to tell at a glance if it’s already fixed or not.

I did do a small bug sweep a few weeks back, but unfortunately I didn’t get much done because rewriting the CP code took quite a bit of time.
