Is there any new news on this? I don't want to try downloading it again if the same problem will arise.

Also to the poster suggesting it was because of April 1st, I was thinking the same thing, but it happened the day before.

I'm running Windows 7.

I tried to get a couple of buddies of mine into the game, and the same thing happened to them as well (they run XP, Vista, etc)

Add your installation folder to exceptions in your AV.

Since it's W7 you could try to run it as admin.

The only problem with adding it to my exceptions, is that my AV still picks it up as a virus on download  =/ I tried hitting the "Ignore" option when my AV popped up (to ignore the fact that it was a "virus"), but then got a long string of "Trojan Detected!!!! OMGWTFBBQ"

Oh well, I will try again in a few days :)
