You do know the game is at 2.1.8 going by the version constant on the source...
There was an update yesterday.

There's many 2.1.3 updates.. there's another one coming.  I believe the freezing was happening from the particle system put in place when rockets hit people was never destroyed.  This has been rectified so we just need to make the update live.  No one with FTP access is online at the moment but hopefully some one (mrfredman) will be soon.

This also applies to mines and airblast, the system was being created for all of these.

Sorry for all the updates, but we're just trying to make the game work!

that's the point of the in game update message so we don't have to post about it.. if you get an update message, the game has been updated.
