Here's some useful stuff/tools that didn't fit anywhere else

Also, I recently found a USB drive with some 2016-2017 plugins I was developing. I'll post them here for now, maybe someday I'll finish them. Let me know if you want to finish them instead

I'd actually love to take a look at the code for the PartialKillcam or DynamicKillcam and see if I can finish them up. I'll make sure to give you full credit for the original work. Mind if I give it a shot?
