Although I do not agree that being unable to shoot though teammates should be a thing
I am of the idea that sniper rifle penetration was useful, especially in KOTH where everyone is crowded.
Maybe damage decreasing for each teammate you shoot through for the rifleman could make both parties agree

No one is in agreement, it's to show a perspective of why this was a bad choice though it was how Rifleman was for many year before.

Already been discussed, as well as range reductions per pierce and whatever.
