Save screenshots as PNG and not jpg. That, of course, if you use PrintScreen button.
If you use F9, qualit shood be good.
There's also a mod that makes space button take screenshots.

Iiiii... don't think so. There might be some extra awards, but I don't think worst screenshot will be one of them.

If you've got a good enough screenshot, image quality doesn't matter.
