Due to the immense workload with distributing prizes to such a large amount of people, prizes will be distributed only to those who claim them. If you don't claim your prize, you will not get one.

An additional note: The prizes have not yet been implemented into the game, but will be pushed in the next update with the SUPER SECRET NEW HALLOWEEN HAXXY PRIZES. AWOOOOOOOOOOOooooOOOOOOoo. Your prizes will not be distributed immediately, but this will make the process easier for us.

Please make note of what prizes you won in your replies. It will make the process run smoother once the prizes are distributed.

I see everyone here claiming both Haxxy and Ray Bann rewards, and the OP only vaguely mentions "prizes", while the title only says "Ray Bann awards"?
