With deep regret we have to announce that, despite all our efforts, we have failed to bring this game forward. While working on version 2.3, it became more and more apparent to us that we had moved away from the things that made GG2 so much fun in the beginning, and everything we tried just made it worse.
In the end, we gave up. We have realized that there is no way that we can ever improve on our greatest achievement, so we have finally decided to go back to our roots and bring the fun we once had back for the community. Since we have already tried and failed to do better, we won't attempt to create new versions in the future, so this is the final release of Gang Garrison 2. Maybe in the future, some other developers will pick up the challenge. We can only hope.
Today, we bring you back the best GG2 there ever was, and ever will be.

Actually the joke is that at first it is b43 but later after 1pm EST, it gets switched out for the real update.

There was no autoguns back then, nor stabs, nor ammo. Everyone also had visible health and the round would never end unless a team got all the required intel captures.
