imo whether or not the game is dying these kinds of topics are unnecessary. it just fuels depression over the game dying, not save it from it.

but regardless, yeah, the game is dying. its a shame since all the work put into it will be wasted. I always enjoyed gg2 as a quick timesink when i need to get away from life for half an hour or something.

We're only dead when you guys stop coming here. What we have isn't ideal, but it is what it is.

For what it's worth, I'll probably be around until nobody logs on anymore, or the master server goes down.

Truth be told the game has been functionally dead for awhile. The only reason we are afloat is the few dedicated enough to host regularly for us.

This game really isn't going anywhere till BTW gets bored of us.

The best way to look at it is that, as long as were all still here, its not gone.
