He/She's Quote and Curly, from cave story.They're selected using Q at class select and have 140hp
They are a serious class and considered OP in the lastest version.
They have bubbles to block bullets and needles and reflect mines.
Swords of 17 damage that fire faster varying on the distance to your enemy, they also have insane knockback.

I read somewhere on the forums that Quote/Curly was the first character ever made in the early versions of GG2.

Either that or they're there because the community has an obsession over Cave Story and Touhou.

Yeah, I believe the original Quote was the first programmed in the game. But 95% of the forums are closet Cave Story fanboys.

That was just a scout, and you thought it was Quote from Cave Story.

The funny thing is that Quote/Curly is actually a quite useful skill-oriented class and serves a very important rushing role. He plays as sort of an interesting close-range alternative to the Pyro and combos/defends well with other classes.
