Distance/Time thrown has no effect on damage/stun time (was too glitchy)

Un-nerfed Engie's jump height when carrying buildings

The Wrangler's mini sentry shield now prevents 50% damage (to everything but melee)
***********TYPO FIXES***********Reformatted the Loadout
Tiger Uppercut stickies never did 66% less damage, stats in Loadout were corrected
Direct Hit rockets never did additional airborne damage, stats in Loadout were corrected
Added Tauntkills to loadout information
Renamed Curssader's Crossbow to Crusader's Crossbow
Damage from the Ubersaw charged Uber. This was added to loadout.
Fixed other minor typos
**********FUTURE PLANS***********Balance mini-crits and sniper rifles.
Mini-crits are set to x1.75 (a half-crit), but should be less.
It'd be nice if Sniper Rifles could simply minicrit on headshot
Like newer GG2, prevent overtime in CTF (results in too many stalemates)
Decrease setup time on Asymetric CP and unlock time on Arena/SDKOTH
Add more taunt kills
Allow losing team to taunt
