Title: Gang Garrison 2.3.7: The Birthday update

... ok, I got nothing. But Psychopath prepared a little update for the party mode, adding balloons and making the party hat fly from your head when you're killed while going fast. Enjoy!

Oh, perhaps I should have added: Birthday mode is only active on the actual birthday (i.e. on the 7th). So if you don't see party hats and balloons, try setting your system clock ahead a bit :D

Why not make it the week of gg2's birthday and an optional date set in the ini (-1 for every day)

Because there's no clear-set way to determine if it's within the same week aside from just checking if it's within 3 days (which isn't exactly accurate).

A week is a seven day interval. We don't need to be 100% accurate, people probably won't complain

I love the update but 2 complaints:

The colours of the hats hurt my eyes

I can't tell if I've gibbed invisible spies or not, the balloons aren't appearing for some reason.

Edit: Glitch found, Overweights hat dissapears upon eating manvich.

Heh, I guess that's my fault, not Psycho's. As far as I can tell without looking, the statues would have been messed up even without his changes. Ah well, it's only for the day :)

I don't like how this event is done on the birthday day, and not on the week of the birthday. Plus I just couldn't play the game on the day with all the stuff I had to do.

Well, whatever, I'll just go time traveling one day back!

Now let's see, where's that "Past" Time Panel...

If you made your crappy spritemod then you can rip some code from the gmk and put it into your own mod.
