I made an update: Chainsaw! Press 5 to turn it on! The chainsaw does a stream of small, continuous damage. It also solves the glitch where a zombie makes you get stuck, the chainsaw will kill the zombie.
The only caveat is the ammo system. I couldn't exactly get it working, so it has currently infinite ammo, though I did set up some of the hud icons. The problem is that it does continuous damage, meaning to get the hud working we need to either get really creative with the ammo display, or have a lot of sprites.
I sprited all the weapons animations, including its reload, however, I couldn't get reload working. All thats left is the HUD and ammo and its a full fledged weapon.

EDIT: Just thought of the way it could be possible, but its kind of image heavy. Basically, I think we could use the shotgun ammo display or could remake it with a different styled bullet and about 10 icons. Instead of making a meter, we could just have it so that we copy each of the 10 icons 10 times, so that it is about how many precent of your ammo is left. Looks clean, easy to sprite, and all it would need is the appropriate variables.

I've said from the start that he will have little influence on this project, while he , along with anyone else, is free to do what ever he wants with his own modified client (which is why I release the .gmk along with the latest .exe). Of course there will be similarities in updates for both the official and his own, take the chainsaw for example, soon or latter there will be melee weapons, and more likely than not I'll throw in a chainsaw as it's the ol' classic choice for zombie slaughtering. So yea, I'm pretty much ignoring him.
