So if I'm understanding this correctly, An Elegant Fracas has returned and is currently awaiting players upstanding, respectable, as well as punctual men of refinement such as myself?
Yes! Upstanding, respectable, as well as punctual men of refinement such as yourself are always welcome. In other news, I had intended to celebrate the first snowfall in Toronto by changing to map rotation to something apropos. But it's currently a disgustingly sunny Nov 27, and I don't think I'm going to see snow anytime soon (I'm just as appalled as the rest of you are, I assure you). So I'm switching over anyway: ctf_zvector_v2 ctf_snowconflict ctf_snowclassicwell ctf_snowtruefort ctf_hairpin_v2 ctf_2dfort ctf_orange 2dfort remains vanilla only because snow2dfort has a flawed red spawn that fails to respawn you instantly when you're changing class inside of it (only some of the time admittedly, but still unacceptable in any civilised nation). My only problem with this server is ctf_snowclassicwell.
It's one of those maps that give me the bullshit "Incompatible Server Protocol Version" error.

I not really sure what the problem is. Additionally, a frank exchange of ideas in regards to passwording the server would be of some use. I'll start. Pro: Keeps out the proletariat, maintaining bourgeoisie standards. Con: It's lonely at the top. Responses in limerick form may be taken more seriously. |

I was waiting for the text AEF. The next word always kept me on the edge of my seat. And I was exploded for playing as... Player. What is this blasphemy? I don't have enough time to make this a limerick, so I assume this post will not be taken as seriously. Server seems great at times, but sometimes it lags.
