I doubt it.

Besides, It'd give a disadvantage to the people using this mod over the ones who aren't. Think about you using a Rocketman, and you being the only rocketman that has to reload or that can shoot consecutively, while every other soldier can.

Even if it was possible, it's not a good idea. Not for this mod at least.

Well, people already hax with infiltrator to stay invisible and use revolver without having to become visible.

...

Okay, add this then, only to the Host:
Extra Class: Dr. Hax
M1: Points to whoever you click on, "marking" them
M2: shows an announcement saying "HAAAAAAAAAX!" while sending a computer at the targetted. The computer will only hit the targetted and, if hit, they're kicked out the server.
Taunt: Points and shows the "HAAAAAAAAAX" message, but without the flying monitor.

You know you want to kick hax sometimes... XD

That I know, you can't change stuff that would affect other people's game unless they have hte mod, like increasing damage of guns, or a new class. You can see other spies and give yourself sniping aim with modding, but only because it affects your game, not the others'.

For instance, this mod only changes options and the like. I doubt that the ones who don't use this mod can see the ubbercharge bubble.

Do you know what could be done in this mod? A Rocket Spam lock or a one fire then reload system for Soldier.

That's a server-side change, like McGenio said, it wouldn't work.

Actually, everyone can see the superburst bubble, you could even set the bubbles to taunt bubbles if you wanted to.

I suggest adding a map name indicator above the BLU team's scores.

Um, ok. What about adding in Scoot's Meet the Rifleman and Meet the Infiltrator songs for some extra menu music?

I actually already have meet the infiltrator as my music hehe.
It's very easy to do so you can do it yourself,
1. Convert the music you want to add into WAV format (mediaconverter.org).
2. Copy and place it in you gang garrison's music folder.
3. Delete the original menumusic1/menumusic2 sound file.
4. Name your new wav "menumusic1/menumusic2."
5. Start up game.
