2.9.1

This is a small bugfix release for a crash on Windows 8.1 that could happen if too many sounds play at the same time, e.g. a bunch of mines exploding all at once (Issue #224).

Saying this is a different audio bug for Win8/8.1 than the regular reported?

The 2.9 beta didn't find this bug due to lack of testers, it's still the same one. I basically stopped the audio fix for Windows 10 users as intended, but it also no longer stopped Windows 8.1 users crashes
