Server-sent plugin, requires a build of my "serverplugins" branch (soon my recent changes to server-sent plugins will be merged into master, server-sent plugins themselves are already in).

EDIT: Server-sent plugins are long-since added to GG2. Add can_you_feel_the_sunshine to your ServerPluginsList.

There needs to be a more general one that doesn't have the subtitles and is coded to accept a generic mp3 instead of sunshine (I mean you could rename it, but come on).
