1. Information about context.

Pushes - moving front line further in enemy team territory, causing them to fight back with offensive classes, retreat or build defences. Pushing are used to gain territorial control, allowing for moving further in enemy territory.
Rush -
a) normal rush: Team moves forward, usually coordinated and causing major enemy team stomping. Difference from rushes and pushes are, than pushes usually retreat, and rush usually don't.
b) x class rush: Entire team switch to certain class, it's used for non-serious gameplay (like medic rush) or serious gameplay (pyro or heavy rush). Some rushes have medics, allowing to do a stomping push.
Steamroll - dominating enemy team, very fast victory, usually done along with spawn camping. Usually red team on a/d cp gamemode steamrolls, when blu team dont have defensive classes, allowing red to capture control points very fast.
Spycap - capping cp or intel by spy. Example of cp game mode spycap: red spy gotten through enemy defenses, he's standing on very last control point. red team haves first, second and third point captured. When they captured fourth point, that lone spy decloaked and capped point, didnt standing a chance for blu team to run on cp.
Backcap - like spycap, just it is done by other classes, like scout (scout high mobility and double cap speed makes backcaps very easy for scouts.
Turtling - creating 2, 3 or more sentries covering each other near objectives, or while losing behind front line, and waiting for enemy to come. Turtling are always created when team decides to engineer rush.
Camping - defending one objective/chokepoint to create unpassable defence. Spawncamping is similiar, but team is camping enemy spawn, and one player usually caps objective then.
Jelloing - usually done by scouts or spies. This can be done if a scout/spy decides to run straight to intel, reseting its timer, or if a spy decides to stand still and stab hoping for lucky hit, even sometimes going as pyro into group enemies and holding left mouse button. DONT DO THIS.

2. General information about classes when gaining terrain/pushing.

General - Dont go lone wolf style - always be going with team, unless youre backcaping scout or spy (if youre not good at it, dont backcap! Help your team.).

Scout - Scout is generally used for backcaps or distracting enemy team. How to distract? When your team is pushing, go to enemy team back, dance around them and try to kill them. They will dont react and get killed, or they will focus on you, allowing your team to gain terrain and kill them. You will probably get many thanks from your teammates for distracting! Also, scout ubers are deadly, remember.
Soldier - Soldier is like powerhouse, his rockets can be used to clear tight corridors and clear terrain, but good pyro will counter soldier completely. So, if you see a good pyro, dont spam at him - wait until his airblast, then shoot.
Pyro - One of best usefull classes in a push - he is offensive class in theory, but support class in practice. He can airblast his teammates and destroy sticky traps, get a good DPS or airblast rockets and keep push get airblasted. Very good class to use in pushing.
Demoman - From what i play demoman, i use it to destroy sentries through crates. His stickies fly in a arch, allowing them to fly over crates. 3 stickies - destroyed autogun. Warning - this class get countered by quote/curly or pyro. You may wanna to lay sticky traps at them, and while fighting with soldier, place one sticky traps to waste one soldier rocket.
Heavy - Good class to push - his high damage output is great for clearing groups of enemies, but he's not great to fight with sentries (soldiers do the job best) when not ubered. But, his slow speed will make it hard to keep track with team. Act like a meatshield for your team and medic, but DONT GET KILLED! You will come back very slowly to front lines.
Medic - Any good push will fail without this medicine guy. His ubers will counter groups of sentries or enemies, but use all your teammates as meatshield - don't pocket and try to milk best as possible. Milking is ubering while taking damage and you on your buddy (!) get his health under 10. And retreat, if your teammates goes suicide because youre medic.
Engineer - His sentries can secure front lines from being taken from enemy. You may wanna pick autogun scraps, because they restore 50 nuts and bolts. Also - spycheck a lot!
Sniper - You wanna help your teammates, if they are competent? Scope and tell your team if enemy is coming, and what classes are coming. Ability to counterdefence enemy team is very good. Also, jump over your team and stay in clear line with enemy team. Also, watch your back - spies love you!
Spy - Spycaping. Also, use your revolver, and use additional routes. When 2-3 enemies are on one point, focusing on your team, not spychecking or moving, feel free to stab them! Just remember, don't go spy if you dont have skill Smiley

3. Information about CTF.

Scout - His ability to take intel in first minutes of match is very handy, just dont jello. This makes people ragequit(FUCK WHY HE TAKEN OUR INTEL CRAP), and it's bad behavior! You can still distract enemies and, if you can jello, sneak into their intel base (it will be undefended and unchecked) and wait for intel timer to reset, then run away as long how much it's possible, and remember - don't do close matchups with autoguns, which will be commonly placed on defense.
Soldier - Clear sentries for your teammates. You can snipe them off-screen, or just jump in sight line, shoot and dejump. Remember about giving intel to faster classes, like scouts or pyros, or defence players, like engi on defence, by pressing B. And, help with pushes!
Pyro - Best support class out here, it is handy in any ctf pushes, you can airblast enemy players with intel to your base, extinguish, or flare snipe. His flares do a medium job with sentries, just dont rush mindlessy with a medic and without uber - biggest pyro problem is ammo and airblast timer. You may be handy in middle of the map Smiley
Demoman - No, don't place stickies directly on intel. You don't have such reflexes, place stickies around it and in chokepoints. Also, amount of stickies needed to kill heavy - 5 placed and detonated under him. That's a problem. Or you can place two, exploit boxes and airshot him until he will retreat and then chase him. Better way. You are helpful on defense!
Heavy - Act sometimes like a meatshield to your team. But not always - you would have to take a long trip from spawn to your death place. Also, learning to trace enemy scouts in air is very helpfull when defending and dealing with jellos. And sentries on long range - find an exploit for them, like from down or jumping at them, or wait for someone good at long range to destroy them.
Medic - Stay in behind of push, but always have a guy behind you or defending you, (pyros mainly, because they are cool - ability to airblast) and killing spies and scouts that are coming at you. Also, milking is important technique, but it's need to be PERFECT! You may wanna don't pop uber when they are on edge on your screen - wait near crate, jump with partner and pop it now. Also, read what milking is in medic - general.
Engineer - This class can be handy in some pushes, when the push is starting to get killed, you may wanna pop a sentry somewhere behind front lines and spam shotgun when people will come at you.
Sniper - Take always different routes, especially high ones to don't have teammates blocking your shit. And spycheck. If there is no route, or map is badly desinged, go with teammates and lead or jump. Also, snipe intel carries from other team! Intel carrier wont even know you are here and he will be dead Smiley
Spy - Other team good secured? Bait engineer/s out of base, stab their sentries and get the fuck out! Get to your team, give intel to scout and have a heal from your medic.

4. Information about CP/Generator/KOTH/DKOTH

General information about classes matches it all pretty much, just remember:
CP, DKOTH - Balance between offense and defense, to have your point defended, and enemy point/s captured!
GEN - Like top information, just you need to send high damage per second (dps) classes to enemy generator. Also, if enemy stabs you and youre injuring damaged generator, just move to dont get hit and continue shooting.
A/D CP - Defense defend the points, defense don't push at enemy! If enemy started to taking your first control point and your sentry is destroyed, you may wanna to carefully place sentry on second cp. Offense, don't get camped in spawn and capture the points. Offense may wanna send spy/scout at last checkpoint and tell him wait until first point is captured,
to cap or destroy their defenses.

5. Some useful tips or playing tips from this guide in nutshell.

Scout - Use additional routes, be intel carrier, dont jello, distract enemies, get ubered and cause apocalypse. Get intel in first minutes of match for boosting morales, when they have defended intel outside their intel base, sneak to their intel base and wait for intel timer to reset and take it.
Soldier - Block corridors, clean pathways from enemies, destroy sentries for teammates, shoot randomly rockets if there is pyro.
Pyro - Airblast ubered enemies, airblast rockets, airblast stickies, airblast burning teammates, airblast spies, airblast enemies into pitfalls, flare snipe, mix flares and flames.
Demoman - Do not place stickies under intel, place stickies near intel, mix aerials and ground stickies, destroy sentries, exploit sticky arch.
Heavy - Act like meatshield, don't try to destroy sentries, don't try to die because slow walking speed, learn to trace enemies in air and do tactical sandviches, learn when to shoot and when not.
Medic -  Do not die, take cover behind teammates, learn to milk, don't pocket and don't follow a suicide jello, heal other medics, support team, pop it don't drop it.
Engineer - Offense: Secure front lines from being counter pushed, pick autogun scraps when low on N&B. Defense: Secure intel or control points that gonna be captured by enemy soon, spy check.
Sniper - Take up routes and spy check, or go with team and jump a lot to don't get shots blocked, pick targets like medics or scouts, tell your team what classes are coming.
Spy - Stab sentries, use revolver, get intel and give it to scout, use additional routes, spycap control points, when 2-4 targets are in one place, not moving and not spychecking, stab them if you're really sure.

6. Example:

Your team have: Scout, Medic, Soldier and Pyro.
Enemy have: Sentry, Engineer, Demoman and another Pyro.
Where you are with rest of team: Behind top crate on last point, cp_coldfrontv6.
Where is enemy Sentry: On middle of control point.
Where is enemy Engineer: Near spawn, on right side cliff. He have 55 N&B.
Where is enemy Demoman: In front of Sentry, his stickies are placed on crate.
Where is enemy Pyro: At down route, waiting for control point to be captured.

Okay. Medic should heal everyone, if they aren't fully healed. Scout should take the down route, baiting the pyro and shooting him right in the face. He should then come to medic to get healed. Soldier should blow up those stickies, and pyro should airblast incoming stickies. Medic should heal soldier, and soldier should jump out and jump in from the crate to blow up sentry. When it's blowed up, come down a bit and dont let engineer take care of the metal. Enemy pyro should not rush in, because he is dead. Kill demoman, and get on the control point. If for ex. enemy jello scout will respawn and come, pyro should airblast him and flareburst. Congratulations! You won the game Smiley

The guide is good and informative without unnecessary long, but the formatting could be eye friendlier.
