I wish they made a horror game with real life feasible frightening scenarios rather than blaaargh I'm a weird face
One where you aren't also a master of parkour and solve problems by selecting gun and applying bullet to medulla oblongata
Condemed was a great realistic horror game. It had a good story which helped support its atmosphere--you're in a dark, rural area with a serial killer. It doesn't have things going OOGA BOOGA BOOGA constantly, and is basically a very realistic hobo killing simulator. The second one is meh, though.
And it doesn't have the drawback of being so scary most people can't play for more than half an hour that Amnesia seems to do to people.
Amnesia is a good game as a whole. The only problem is, the fanbase isn't great half of the time.
As for this game, I don't really see how it's supposed to be scary. Yeah, surprising maybe, but scary? You can't tell what you're looking at in the game, it's so dark.
