No, he want's it to charge faster when the sniper gets damages. Kinda negates the whole point of the op's idea in the first place.

People with bad grammar usually have bad ideas too so you shound't try to understand it
Of course not including me

So lets basically take his idea and revert it
Everytime a rifleman takes damage he loses some charge and slows it down.Or possibly even Un-scope him.

You're right, your terrible ideas are completely unrelated to your shitty grammar.  c1

I really think he was misunderstanding what Ultros was suggesting and hence we're misunderstanding him.

Basically Ultros' idea with numbers atached.

While Rifleman is scopeing and is hit by a bullet he loses a percentage of his max charge equal to the amout of damage he takes from the hit. If the decrease in charge will reduce him to lower than 1$ charge he unscopes.

Example: Rifleman is scopeing and has 50% charge. A spy shoots him in the back dealing 28 damage and educing the Rifleman's charge to 22% (50 -28 = 22).

alright im gonna try to make it easier:
rifleman takes damage while scoping, his charge will still be same but after he scopes again the charge will be faster, even if he already took damage while scoping. is that easier to understand?

Not particularly.

So, no change from how things are now?

but after he scopes again the charge will be faster
By "after he scopes again", are you trying to suggest that when he takes damage he stops scoping?  It's really unclear.

even if he already took damage while scoping
"even if"?  You already said this happens when he takes damage while scoping, so this just sounds redundant.

Ultros,he means what when a Rifleman scopes with less than its MAX HP,he gets faster charge, getting faster the more damage he takes
Witch means buffing him when the other classes are on their range, witch,is infact, even more breaking:
The OP wants to nerf him at close range, and he wants to buff him after he meet somebody at close range and staying like that forever untill he dies or touches Med cabinet

basically the rate of charge is set at the time of scope in, disregarding any further damage taken while scoped

it's a terrible idea anyway

This req. shouldn't allow rapid fire weapons to drain the charge substantially like they (currently publicly) can drain the cloak. It should lower it to a set minimum below the "true" charge value, and MAYBE halter charge progress.

God this thread got derailed by Adrenaline Rush to the exact reverse what the OP said, buffing Sniper at close ranges instead of nerfing him at it

Actually his suggestion would encourage people rushing in to take damage then retreating and not getting healed, but okay.

Stay back on topic.
