How about 'no'? If the sniper knows a spy is around, he wouldn't be able to do a thing about it, other than spam x4 for his teammates.

It's arguable that sniper may be able to shoot through friendly cloaked spies, and that they should have no effect on friendly rockets, but for cloaked enemy spies nothing should go through them. I don't think this request is asking for that, I think they're thinking about allies only.

Honestly, I think that one of the main reasons why spies get caught in this game is by dumb friendly snipers giving away their position. In pub play it really doesn't matter, but in comp play, if the sniper hits a friendly spy instead of the enemy, he should be playing something else.
