When I'm online (randomly throughout the day on weekends, 4PM and so forth on weekdays), I host Saxton Hale Trivia, a feigned "zombie" mode, a custom "push the cart" map, pyro tennis, and random puzzle and jump maps. Otherwise, the rotation above applies. I'm very open to map requests and map premieres for developers, so feel free to PM me if you are interested.
