Okay, I'm not crushing this idea, but I don't really get the point. EVERYONE can do ANYTHING if they want to. If they put effort in their work. If they're too lazy to make their maps themselves, too bad.
You know, simply start by creating a wallmask. Post it, listen to feedback and improve it. After that, if you're too lazy to make your own masterpiece of art, you can steal it from another maps. Or then you can talk to an active map maker.
So simple, nothing happens if you just sit still and wait for someone to make you a map. No. You know the best what kind of map you want to make.
