I thought I would have to be able to host an irc channel to be a war organizer. And the website said I have to download it for me to host an irc channel. But downloading it didnt work. I tried it again and the same thing happened. Im not sure why.

Commando, this is why you should ask first before assuming things..! I said I'd tell you everything you need to do whenever you're ready to start organizing. No harm done, but just try to remember to ask someone first before assuming anything.
You don't need to "host" anything. The PHS warrooms are already in the IRC, just type /join #PHSVS(whoever). That's all, they're automatically made by just typing that. You don't need BersIRC to do that, BersIRC is just a program that lets you join without Mibbit's weird glitch of randomly kicking you out and replacing you with a clone. What's more, YOU don't even need to be the one who starts the warroom up, that's completely irrelevant. As long as you're there when the war's starting, then you're fine.
If you're ready, I'll send you a PM to hang on to that'll give you all the instructions you need to organize a war.

From what that list said you need my times and classes so 'ere they are:
I run on the same time as Nukleus but I'm not exactly a morning person.
- 4pm EST - Whenever afterwards.
As for my lag it was a horrible idea to cap my internet because it's just as slow which was the complete opposite of what it usually does so this weekend I'm going to run through my computer and delete shit I don't need and do some virus scans.
