I like these changes a lot. The full charge takes long enough and uses enough ammo that it's not overpowered while still giving him some much-needed range. However, he is somewhat lacking in offensive power. His M2's range is too short to really be effective, and he can't take many charged shots before he has to retreat to reload. A medic would heal faster than he does damage at anything but close range, which is difficult to get into without a bubbler.
