Welp, I might also not be a fan of the flash-looking graphics, but CGR says it's a fun game, so hell, why not. I was fine with physics in Sonic Rush anyway.

Speaking of which, should I get Sonic 4 and/or Sonic CD?
I was gonna say "buy CD first and 4 later", but on the other hand CD is a longer game with more exploring and such (from what I heard). Sonic 4 is basic "get from start to finish" platformer.
So yeah, your choice.

And holy hell, when am I gonna finish L.A. Noire? I've only finished first half of the cases and was planning on replaying the game for 5 stars...

No I mean

Sonic CD is a bit expensive since it's outdated and you can find it thru less licit methods, but Sonic 4 is really underpriced so it's a fair deal

Oh.
Thought you were sarcasming about how Sonic 4 is overpriced.
Also, I'm not a fan of less licit methods unless it involves console-only games.

Also, there's an achievement for having 99 extra lives. I don't know what to think, but that's... awkward...

Can someone explain to me how the bloody vines work?

Also, it really does feel like playing the old Sonic games, where you can't beat the level by just pressing right and  jump in the right moments (which was the case with Sonic Generations and which I really liked)
And the music sucks. Other than that, it's pretty playable.

This. Though I would appreciate if I knew what the hell is going on, when and why do I need to travel in time etc. I mean I know about the time stones 'n shit, but a game that allows some free roam-ish exploring could use some tutorial.
