Eitherway, I looked into Sonic Generations hacking today and found out that it was relatively simple to replace the unlockable music with your own tunes.
So I went ahead and replaced the unlockable Splash Hill music with a Generations-Style remix of Sonic Advance's Angel Island Zone Act 1 that I found ages ago on Sonic Retro and was buried in my Sonic Remix folder. (Will post a link as soon as I find the source)
Then I set it as Sky Sanctuary's music.
Why wasn't Advance's Angel Island Act 1 in the game before?
It's bloody perfect for Sky Sanctuary!

Well, IMO the Death Egg Trilogy (1 - 3&Knux), CD, Advance 1 and Adventure 2 were all worth playing. Have they announced a new Sonic game for this year? And are they actually going to make Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode 2?
You are a liiiittle bit behind. 1. There were rumors flying around for a WiiU-Sonic, besides that there will be Sonic AllStars Racing Transformed or something and... 2. ...Sonic 4 Episode 2, which was leaked on Steam for preorderers a month-ish ago and had two trailers so far. It looks like a better version of S4Ep1 with fixed physics and better graphics. I think it gets released next week if I'm not mistaken. |

Have you heard about that Sonic 2 HD remake that was fan made?
Apparently the demo had a keylogger in it, and the guy who was the lead designed got hacked. The kicker was that he didn't trust anybody with the source code, so the entire project got dropped.

Just because a antivirus app says that something is a virus it doesn't mean that it really is a virus - though it is right to trust the antivirus' positives at doubt. The thing is the programming of the input routine was so horrible that it captured the keyboard inputs of the whole keyboard whether the window was in focus or not. This is a trait commonly used by spyware that grab your keyboard inputs and save it or send them somewhere - or keyloggers in layman's terms, which also brought the "false" positive. (Quotation marks because the application is the culprit here, not the antivirus) However, while noone really bothered about S2HD itself, most newssites - not only inside the scene (a good example being Yahoo's news service) - were all like "Attention! Keylogger/Virus found in Fangame! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!" That - and the bad attitude of the programmer LOst - lead to the firing of him, the bad press and severe lack of communication inside the team however resulten in the cancellation of what could have been a great project. |

It's because you could tear the shit out of cars in the first level, that's the only reason to replay that game outside of its release date
Also because of Weapons Bed and the sweet sound of the auto aim thing but yeah pretty much it
Also The third Sonic game was also pretty cool because Flying Battery

Me neither, and I've owned SA2:B longer than most other Sonic games. SA1 isn't amazing, but it's better than its sequel. |
