Last year the soph class were allowed to take AP World History, wasn't really worth it though

As far as I know, over here you can't take any AP classes as a sophomore. Optionally, you can start Biology and/or Algebra in 8th grade, and after that it goes: Earth Science and/or Geometry in 9th grade, and (I don't know if it's optional but most of the people who started Bio in 8th are taking) Chemistry (instead of Physics obviously) and/or Trigonometry.

also since it's a little relevant:
When I had to choose either Spanish or French in 6th, I thought French was the best thing ever, and my sister was in French 3 at the time so I thought 'she can always help me!' (she moved out a week ago lol). I ended up actually hating it about halfway through last year, but I don't care anymore... anyways, the point was that there's only one French teacher at my school, and she has only one French 3 class with 16 people. I'm going to keep taking French (if I pass lol) just to see how many people will be in French 4
