But I sure can say that drawing each frame separately is harder and more time-consuming than telling program that "in x frames this object has to move from here to here and deform in this way".
That does not mean the result is inherently "better". Sure, it is more detailled, and especailly artists will appreciate the work, but the flash animation makes it easy to create very smooth animations while a lot of traditional animation is done at half the framerate or less.

I honestly don't care too much about the animation or how it's animated. I'll like any cartoon if it has decent storytelling, decent character development and If the animation is good enough so I can make out what the characters are doing.

"So you sent your own sister to the moon? I assisted a fat orphan in sending two monstrosities to that white ball in the sky." I laughed at this.
But didn't 4 orbs get sent there? Space, Adventure, Facts, Wheatley?

I'm guessing she only considers Wheatley and the Space Core to be the monstrosities.

The only cores we know for a fact that are up in space are those two. There are voice lines for both spheres about being stranded in space, but since they're unused you could assume, Schrodinger's cat-like, that they might or might not be in space.

Maybe that'll be retconn'd for Portal 3 (Or Portal 2: Episode 1 ), similiar to how the robot got retconn'd via a update in Portal's ending.

I mean, I can't see Gordon running around with the ASHPD and just run into conveniently placed portal-able surfaces in, say, Ravenholm.
