No but interesting fact: Sims 2 had illnesses, which was omitted in Sims 3. In the Sims 2 you can create and illness that spread so quickly that there was no way to cure it, and the only way to get rid of it was to start an entirely new file.
Oh and the Sims 2 also had zombies. But you couldn't "catch" being a zombie from another zombie, you had to specifically create a zombie.

There were Aliens in Sims 2 and there are Aliens in Sims 3.
Aliens work the same way for both games. If you stare in a telescope, there's a 1% or so chance you'll be abducted by aliens, and male Sims would come back pregnant with an alien baby that had green skin and dark black eyes.
