Justin wong. Hes the main reason why 90% of video game players follow tiers and 40% of hardcore gamers think RPG's aren't real games. I despise him greatly. Also because rufus was low tier in SF4 and nobody liked him. Then Justin wong used him in evo 2010 and showed that he was buffed so he became top tier now everybody uses him. Most peoples excuse because they don't want to sound like a loser is that they like his character. Apparently there was a change in character from SF4 to SSF4 in rufus. In other words Justin wong is a assclown who shouldn't be as hyped up as he is.
he was never low tier in vanilla, and you have no idea what you're talking about. in other words, you're hating him because you made up statistics about people following tier lists according to his character choices, and because of other people's justifications for playing certain characters. it would sound half as immature if you actually hated him for his personality/looks/actions. |

you don't really know what you're talking about. stop spouting misinformation. Rufus' best incarnation was in vanilla sf4, easily one of the top 5 characters in the game (sagat, ryu, dictator, akuma, and rufus); his jesus kicks did much more damage, EX snake strikes did an ungodly amount of damage, and most of his pokes did a lot of damage. going into super, his dive kick, jesus kicks, ex snake strikes, and overall damage got nerfed. going into AE, his jesus kicks got another nerf, and his big bang typhoon (Ultra 2) got a big aa nerf. He was top tier in vanilla. And probably around low-mid in AE. Back up your claim that Rufus is better now than he was in previous iterations. |

actual sanwa joystick and buttons on TE sticks. they are much higher quality. If you feel like it, or want to learn how, you can always get a fightstick and mod it with sanwa parts yourself. doesn't require any soldering or anything like that, just opening it up and replacing parts.
also the TE sticks are bigger and heavier, which is closer to the actual arcade cabinet feel.
edit: i assume by ex cancel you mean jesus kicks > flip kick > into FADC ultra. This part of his game has never changed since vanilla; the timing window is the exact same. The only thing that has changed is that it does a lot less damage. It is impossible to even consider that rufus is better in AE or super compared to vanilla, because he has only received nerfs. Go look up the changelogs.
