fuck yeah frank west looks awesome too, but doctor doom is apparently extremely good in umvc3 so maybe him then again I have like like 15+ characters that i'd consider using as my third (wright and rocket raccoon are permanent, i love them too much) so I don't know yet |

^^ streets of rage is a beat-em-up not a fighting game. there's a pretty big distinction between the two, but i guess it doesn't really matter cause there's not much general beat em up discussion in any other thread. ROCKET RACCOON BRO

It's pretty much the new wolverine dive kick. |

Hi, I'm back to shower fighting game related shit on all of you. Let's start off with some stuff made on the MUGEN engine, which gets a bad rap, I know, but these are some very cool original projects worthy of something made on Fighter Maker or even a commercial made fighter  http://mugenguild.com/forumx/index.php?topic=135181.0;topicseenSHADES of Manhattan 2 A guy (SeanCEAlty) made a bunch of original characters, each with very complete movesets (As well as EX modes!) and packaged 'em up into their very own game. A guy named Cazaki is actually working on a tier list and matchup guide, too.  http://sf2nes.smeenet.org/This one is a personal favorite, just read it and give the game a try. Check the "movelist" section of the website for all the characters in so far. I'm actually going to be credited in the next update for helping put in the winquotes. I've kinda halted work on that, though. Also, Sean and Terry Bogard are in this. It's amazing. Non-MUGEN related stuff: I'm extremely impressed with WolfKrone's performance in Canada Cup. And I finally found a AE T. Hawk player! KojiKOG. I can't believe I hadn't heard of him before. I don't think he was at EVO, either. It's not actually that boring, but if you don't like fighters... well, you won"t like it. Obviously.
I personally think the series is amazing. Great music, great mechanics, great art and spritework. Just a lot of eye candy with the backbone to support it. KOF '95 is one of my top fighters, and it's basically SNK's flagship franchise.
Street Fighter is pretty different, but if you have an open mind, KOF is awesome.
