As far as tryouts go, look at what they're doing right and what's not working out so well. Skill is important but don't judge by points as those aren't a good judge of skill.

3 pm. Because it can either be 6-8 pm for them and for U.S time zones its 1-3 pm unless you want to bump it up

24/7 is a lot to ask. As for me being in this clan, I'm actively in two already. I see no problem helping you guys out with occasionally subbing, organizing players and events etc.. Kind of like a co-leader.

There really isn't much of a point in doing that. I mean you can make it forum members only and rent it out to clans for practice but then it would become too cramp, or make it just RA only and make it small as dickens and we wont be using most of the time. So it would be a waste of time. |
