I really love his facial structure in the second picture, you've improved a lot, give yerself a pat on the back and pretend I did
The only nitpicking comment I wanna add is that his hair and moustache don't feel very fuzzy/hairlike, they'd probably need some adjustments - unless that was the style you wanted to go with
