As I've heard, RC used to be an unmoderated section of the forums, where people could talk and do anything they wanted, without any restrictions.

Of course, after so much time without RC, new modding policies have been introduced, and current mods are used to keep things in check, according to the general rules.

As stated by most old RC-centric members, a moderated RC is irrelevant, because that is exactly what GC is. So my suggestion is: labeling RC as NSFW right under the forum description, and a warning to all newcomers to post in RC at their own risk, because it's outside the fields of the general rules.

If someone is too ignorant to read the rules of the section before posting, they accept all terms without reading. They have no excuse.
