Gold rush near the coast! GRAY inc. has hit a great source of gold, and companies are rushing to take advantage of it. But in the group, one company has a different strategy... In the night, a team of BLU mercenaries set of to claim the largest mine for themselves.

Meanwhile, RED finally finds a new use for the sawmill after the deforestation and temporary... "unemploying" facility - as a base for the group of mercenaries sent out to capture Gray mine...

Why would you put death traps in those locations? Are the teams capable of jumping past them?

it has skull for Y since they so evil.

Yes, they're all capable of jumping past them easily, even heavy. My thought was that it would be dangerous to fight in that area so the defending team wouldn't push the attackers further back than that house.

Alright so this was the final map we played during the PUG a few days ago. 

My main criticism is that it's damn near impossible to take back the point once the other team has capped it.  Because of that I think we ended up winning like 3:00 to 0:00.  Basically once my team had capped the middle all we had to do was spam into the deathpit area and nobody could get by. 

They tried rocket/sticky jumping over but couldn't do nearly enough damage to break through because heavies can't get by the deathpit if they're being spammed at and knocked back.  To be quite honest it's hard enough making the jump as heavy without spam so I'd really suggest removing the pits or at least lowering the platforms above them to make the jump more doable.

But I like the death pits :C

I thought of a different solution: Making the top path out of spawn easier to traverse, maybe making it all one line. That way, heavies can easily make it out of spawn to the battle without having to worry about the death pit.
