Aimbotting, spyhacking, griefing, and partying when the server is full will result in a ban if I catch you.

Hosting pretty much 24/7, but as this is my primary computer you can expect occasional downtime and/or lag as I'm using it for other things.

My rotation is pretty huge.  There's a selection of good maps, and a bunch of less good ones.  The rotation (thanks to Trog for the suggestion) consists of two good maps in a row followed by a less good one.  I have a love of silly/unbalanced maps, so I wanted a way to host them without having any particular one coming up so often that people get sick of it.  These will each be appearing 1-3 times per rotation.

Lag's going to vary; my roommate spends a lot of time on Xbox Live, and sometimes I'll be downloading stuff.  I'll try to take the server down when I know it's going to be horrible to play in, but sometimes it'll just suck and I won't be able to do anything about it.

Alright, so, classlimits 2 sounds reasonable (though I'll go back to one if there's ever a way to make the class limits work perfectly).

cp_kistra is an excellent map, and I'll probably make it a 3-of.
ctf_zvector I was thinking 3 of, but I could go 2 if people hate it more than I thought they did.
ctf_atalia I could probably swing 2-of; it's abnormal, but not in an altogether bad way.
ctf_waterway I'm going to make a 2-of; I don't think it's a bad map, but others do.

Sounds like you were hosting with a faulty locator. I know that the map has some flaws but it's not THAT unpopular.
