For a stone house, I'd recommend a flat roof, made out of slabs, but with full blocks around the edge.
Im gonna go with stairs, thanks for your input though.

Stairs could work, but unless you have an advanced blocks mod (one that allows you to customize the shape of the blocks) I worry about the corners.

You expect us to be able to tell what would look good on a house that is made out of 1 of like, 10 possible stone materials? It's like asking for "some random blue candy" at a candy store which sells a shit ton of multicolored candy but you hope to get one specific flavor when you asked for a color. And you really expect me to dig through 100 pages just to find your screenshot? It's not that hard to post a more-recent one...

Put slabs there until Jeb eventually adds corner stairs.

Oh god, I just had the most hilarious idea. So, redpower lets you cut blocks into pieces using a handsaw. One of these pieces can be 15/16 of a full block length, and they could also be 1/16 of a full block length. So, use a handsaw on your diamond block to break it down into that, and put the 15/16 piece somewhere that it looks like a full block. People will come try to mine it, but can't get the diamonds out of it because you have the rest of the block! Heh heh!

Yay, I made an automatic cactus farm that is hooked up to some note blocks that play the tune of the song "rock lobster" by the B-52's

Now, what am I going to do with all this cactus...?

I would make a hugegantic cactus wall but I live in the middle of the ocean soooo... Yeah.

Smelt cacti, craft cactus green with wool, create giant wool creeper.

find a spider spawner then and create a string farm. Then craft the strings together to a wool block.
