I remember finding diamond and redstone on my 1st or 2nd day. They're at lava level.

Just so you know, there's a Minecraft hat in TF2 now, so Minecraft is almost definitely coming to Steam now that 1.0 has been released.
In response to the people who said it would never happen when I said it would, I would like to say: HA HA HA

If I recall, it's only for Notch. I quote the description, "It's so exclusive, it makes the Illuminati look like a Costco."

If that hat was public it would be the end of headshots.

I'd quit tf2 if it was public.

I didn't even have a house Honestly, something similar happened to me last night. I was playing survival with a friend of mine, and being the dunkass that I am I got stranded outside when night fell. There was an NPC village nearby, so I ran into one of the empty huts and quick dropped a block in the doorframe and crouched at the back, thinking, 'Zombies have to be right next to me to hit me, they're a melee based enemy.' So he HUURRRRRRRRRs up to the doorway, and next thing I know I'm dead.
