Will have waypoints and snipe from them, stands still on said waypoints and when they stand still it will scope (shoot when an enemy is visible and hittable) is no enemies are seen for 1 minute 30 seconds then move to somewhere else (un-scopes when moving)

Could also fight close. Again, need help from a good sniper here. Also will have to add a random number to mess up the aim, else he will be to strong.

This is the code I have now:
Not debugged at all, no idea whether it'll work.
For the moment the sniper just unscopes if an enemy is too near and he just shot (why waste that 75 dmg shot?).
As for the random number, you bet. I just wanted to see the full power of an aimbot sniper first :).

I could really use a way to detect such waypoints, maybe some form of collision_line...

Ladies and gentlemen....


Finally it is here! A working and useful bot has arrived.

5 classes are supported, major updates in the aiming and moving, and, most importantly, it's now possible to have as many bots as you want on one window!

I know this is long overdue, but it's here now. I can't believe 70 people downloaded the old bot, this one should get even more.

Go and download it!
(And give me feedback, and more importantly good suggestions on how to improve it.)

If there is a coder that wants to help, remaking the map mode scripts, especially cp, would be great and absolutely necessary.
For really good coders, if you could figure out arena (including playing with the bot object and solving its spawning problems), I'd be grateful as well.
Everyone else; I could maybe use a menu or something. Ideas are also needed.

PS: Oh and if someone could make really good screenies, post them here, mine aren't that great.

But it's wrong. The bot doesn't react like that to stabs anymore, it shoots you if try.

err bad idea if you can spawn a bot on someone else's normal server if you use the client. Only the host should be able to fill their server with bots, we don't want random people filling others' servers.

playing on arena, turned autobalance off but they all keep staying dead.

Arena is hard as shit to program. Avoid it. The best working game mode is by far CTF. CP they just ignore the points and charge to the spawn of the enemy, which isn't really a bad idea. I really need help with those map modes.

Yes. It depends on your computer though.

Found a way to drastically improve the aiming code, in specific the target selection. Now, instead of just blindly aiming only at the nearest enemy, the bots also take in account if there is a wall between them, and prioritize line-of-sight-enemies.

Also fixed a bug where snipers could not hurt Bots. Can someone please explain why the fuck the Rifle attacks the Player object?
