Blue shift was originally an exclusive for the dreamcast, but it was cancelled because the dreamcast failed so hard on it's ass
Decay is an extra within the PS2 version of HL1, it's a novelty I don't think it was very good as it was more focused on cooperative puzzles than gameplay

Oh ok. If it weren't for Quake, we wouldn't have had half life, and if it weren't for half life, we wouldn't have TFC or counter-strike, and if it weren't for TFC, we wouln't have hat fortress 2 (or 9 year olds invading from counter strike  ), and if it weren't for TF2, we wouldn't have gang garrison ect So thank the devs at quake |

no, not neccisarily, I believe it was just a coincidence that wolfenstien came out a year before DOOM But quake was one of the most inspiational FPS's (the half life engine is a heavily-modified Quake engine  ) |
