I don't see how he's THAT wrong, Goldsrc was based on the id software engine. Actually, I don't see how he's wrong at all. Without Quake the Source engine wouldn't exist. |

Without Quake the Source engine wouldn't exist. right right, without Quake we wouldn't be here but that doesn't mean it invented the FPS in general, it just started off a chain, one end of which is GG2 which isn't even an FPS Agreeing with someone who doesn't understand what's being said doesn't immediately omit one from being uninformed, it just makes one poor at research even on a very small scale |

i always played Ninty games as a kid so i took until i played halo2 at a friends house and i sucked ass at it. i continued to suck at these games as i only played them at friends hoses until i got half-life source for PC and found out that after i beat the game i was pretty damn epic at PC FPSes, and now i love them :3 i even got better at those gay joysticky-console ones... |
