Sonic World Adventure: Planetary Pieces, Wario Ware: Shake It!!, Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, some Kirby game and anime tracks (I know Kirby 64 has an official ost released, anything from that game is golden), some old Namco Graffiti arrangements especially from Ryo Yonemitsu, some of Akihabara Electric Circus's famicom arrangements, and Konami's official Gradius III arrangements.
There's plenty of others I probably won't be able to pinpoint until hours later.
