You were playing in wherewolf's server as spy, said he spammed
Sir, I never touched spy on his server.

EDIT: Oh wait, haha. Yeah, that was with me having half a second of lag and trying to get timed stabs. I said he was spamming because he had no tactics behind his rocketman on a CP map. The game on conflict, I was being awful, yes. But on the CP map (whatever map it was) he never stopped firing when I was in his line of fire.

If I got that good with spamming and not trying anything, and can't do shit with timed stabs, then it's obvious that - at least for me, who totally speaks for everyone - stab spamming is too effective.

If I'm unskilled like you say, then you're wrong, and if I'm skilled, then you're also wrong.
congratulations, you've reached the skill floor and lucked out. Emphasis on luck, as that's a key factor in spam stabs.

Well not really since you're actually attacking, so it's more like the skill floor for players attacking.

okay well that really wasn't part if my argument so I'll go forward assuming you can land timed stabs

The damage buff combined with lower reload time might make it too powerful, I believe extensive testing is needed on that.

I say, make the stab happen "earlier" with the same stabbing "time", or a slightly faster stabbing "time". And a cooldown for unsuccessful stabs, and a quicker recloak after successful stabs. Maybe also make the revolver arc more.

I am honestly perplexed as to how you can claim someone walking into you is in no way affected by luck.

I don't think there's any reason to punish unsuccessful stabs any more, as they already stand there immobile for 2 seconds. Especially so since the luck element means no matter how good you are, not matter how well you set up the stab, you can still mess up the stab if the opponent misses their jump, or slows down etc.
