ooh what is this and when did I miss it It was planned in the RTS version of FLS, but was never implanted. I'm just asking if he will do it again. Also its in his old Blog in Colton's Games.

The Mercenaries don't seem to mean anything to me. But the Thug I remember clearly. Too bad it never even made it into FLSR. I might add it sometime in the future but probably not as a normally accessible unit.

Mmm but really what's the point of not mounting weapons that are at most as heavy as two giant chunks of solid armor?
Cool but prolly should take some kind of extra requirement, like another building or resource or foregoing a different powerful unit or taking two completely unrelated units and having them merge armies.

Hmm... How come we never thought of combining like that. Edit: I would think of Mercenaries in Front Line Strike as a Capture-able Barracks, in which you use up more metal and money for special units. Do you plan to make Hero Units able to spawn through buildings?

Talking about heroes game made me think up of Hero fights on a Boxing Arena like map.
