Actually we won't be enforcing that policy here because that would drive away potential members and I really don't want that to happen. And no, admins will not be able to distribute awards. The only thing special about admins is that they get to ban and warn people. That's really it. Admins are different than Operators.

Have to program downloading/rating maps, administrator stuff, and possibly tournament stuff, though I'm probably saving the last thing for the initial release or something since I don't plan on having any tournaments until then.

So I cleared out the back-ups of the profiles (the Community server backs up all the current profiles hourly). There were 210 folders of backed-up profiles.
Anyway, just gotta finish up this map stuff and program admin stuff. There's a good chance the next release will be out by the end of the week.
