Well guys, this is it. FLS's first online build is finally released!
A link to the download is in the original post. Notify me of bugs and shit.
I'll be available until 10 PM (EDT) tonight if you wanna play.
Some things I wanna point out before I get complaints/whatever...
Yes, the game has no "game over" screen yet. If you're fucked/completely done for, just press ESC.
Currently, players can choose the same color and have the same name. I will make it so they can't later.

Bad news. When hosting it tells me my IP is 127.0.0.1. Shouldn't it tell me my external IP, or at least my local one? I don't know my external IP right now so ;___; |

Okay, so that didn't last long. He accidentally hit Escape when he meant to finish his phase.
I'm gonna change the key you press to end to something else farther away like F12. Hang on.

That or a confirm dialog where the default key triggered by Enter is "no, don't quit" and the other is triggered by Escape. A double tap closes, or you can back out with a key command or a click. |

So me and AcidLead had a play-test. Found one thing wrong. For some reason any time a Barracks or Garage is told to build a unit, the unit will be created during the Attack Phase of the SAME day. Now I want neither of that to happen so I'll fix that.
Anyway, so pretty much it went like this. We were building shit, then he starts bringing a Soldier, Scout and Medic into my base. I already had a Medic prepared for the Ghost. Anyway, so he shoots me and stuff when he gets close and I start creating Scouts and combining them so I can take him out. First ghost possesses my Scout. I keep pushing him back into his own base, another ghost appear. By this time, his Soldier and Scout were already dead I believe and he had a Reaper and Artillery with his Medic. The ghost possesses his Medic, which allows me to easily finish off the Artillery and Reaper, and later the Medic. Then I start coming into his base and reck dat shit nigga and he gives up the end
Thanks for doing this with me though, AcidLead. So guys, we ready to set up that playdate? I'll set it for this weekend (Saturday or Sunday), I want 3 or 4 people. We're gonna play on Blue Mountain. Tell me what time you guys are available on the weekends. Me, pretty much 10 AM to 12 or 1 AM EDT.

But I never expected any of you to be good right away, though you guys seem to have gotten hang of the game quickly. But maybe if you guys stopped bringing units into my base I wouldn't have to wreck you :< Then again I attacked you in the last one... welp. I won anyway  |

I remember every single time I played Starcraft I always got owned because I would prefer mining and mining some more and never actually constructing a lot of units and never attack. Then the ennemy would come to my base and wreck the fuck out of me :<
