Because it's a cat server, and it's hosted in America.   If you have problems downloading maps from my server, download this file and extract to your Maps folder. |

It's only playing one map, which is terrible and should be removed from your rotation.

Problem? If it's lag/  explosion glitch, then I could kick/ban whoever does that. Then again, I'd have to remove the whole map. |

My only complain is the occasional small lagspikes, but other than that, excellent server.

You should turn on chat, people have been changing their names trying to tell you. sv_chat 1 or something like that. And the sentry explosion thing in canyonfortress is because there aren't any "No-build zones" on top of the med cabinet. Those stops sentries from being built there and also allows instant respawn.
