Try out burst fire as a hoovy. A bit less attack power, more accuracy and slightly faster movement.
Huh?
what lol
Probably means when you're trying to chase down someone as the Heavy. You keep moving and you keep spamming the M1 button at a time like the Pyro so you don't lose ammo, if you do that, you'll go faster and still be able to hurt the enemy.
it doesn't improve accuracy though

if anything it'd decrease it by virtue of the fact you're rapidly clicking

I've found that it has almost no effect on accuracy.

I'm pretty sure I suggested that idea before but I think more people should use that tactic. A lot of players manage to escape the Heavy sometimes with very little HP so doing the burst thing is a great idea. I don't remember how the accuracy is affected because I don't usually play as the Heavy.

It's better for ammo conservation.

Honestly if they get away, that's usually your aim's fault, unless they're a heartless coward to begin with. Honestly that tatic kinda sucks for chasing.

it isn't affected technically (in the code) but i'd think it'd make it that much harder to be incredibly accurate when you're clicking like that

it's best as a spycheck when you're just running toward the enemy base or something

Anyone and everyone can escape an Overweight.

With that said, I would rather just keep holding m1 to get in as many hits as possible before they get out of my shooting range.  In no way will an Overweight be able to catch up to anyone to finish them off, that is unless that person is also an Overweight who decided to stop and sandwich.

When I do burst, it is when I'm either spy checking, conserving ammo, or expecting an enemy encounters before they are visible on screen.  In this sense I am already shooting when they are approaching and am able to get a head start advantage.

I mean if you  x14 manage to catch, say a  x22 by surprise.

Also, say if I ubered ASGW  x24, he wouldn't get much done by holding M1 while the enemy ran away, the better idea is to get as much damage dealt as possible by doing the burst.
