This is a good idea, but I don't like two things: the engineer has to stand on his sentry gun for it to heal (it'd be better if he can stand behind it), and the fact that it only heals at the passive healing speed of the medic. I think it should heal faster than the passive healing, but how fast I don't know.
That would be overpowered.
96 damage(Engie inclusive) a second and healing.

To make this somehow useful, I thing that there should really be multiple autoguns to choose to build (but thanks god only one at time). The classic Autogun, the Autoflamer (which was discussed earlier and would act as a nerfed inert pyro, see "multiple autogun types for a more precise description) and an autogun that would be healable but have some other handicap (like, misses one shot out of five).
